M44x0.75 female to M58x0.75 male thread adapter for LOMO 75mm optical blocks

Some LOMO lenses like OKC1-75-1, OKC6-75-1 come in weird unusable mounts that can't be adapted to modern cameras.

In this case you can disassemble it and take just its optical block (a glass assembly with a diaphragm mechanism).

Focusing mechanism will be lost in the result. To solve this problem and regain focus ability, you can use our adapter.

It allows installing a 75mm LOMO optical blocks that have M44x0.75 thread onto a Chinese focusing helicoid with M58x0.75 thread, and achieve infinity focus.

Take note that 75mm blocks may have either 0.5mm pitch or 0.75mm pitch. This adapter is for 0.75mm pitch.
