The lens was made in 1980 (#8048966) at Kazan optical factory in Russia.
Actually, this model was purposed for still image 35mm SLR cameras. But this particular lens has factory made OCT-18 mount (for Russian 35mm film movie cameras Konvas-1M). Also, you can adapt it to virtually any modern film or digital camera - it will cover any film frame or sensor easily.
T/3.6-22, no click stops. Focuses from 3m. The lens is bit faster that much more common 4/135mm Jupiter-11 lens found in every delivery set of Konvas-1M.
Very good used condition. Mechanics work fine. Glass has no fungus or scratches, but you may want to clean it since there are many small dust particles.
