The lens was made at Lenkinap factory (renamed to LOMO later) in 1959 (#590414).
It has no focusing mount, so you'll need to make your own one. Diaphragm control ring is there, but coupling screw is missing - need to be installed to operate aperture.
Appearance is used.
Mechanical condition is excellent. Diaphragm blades move smoothly by means of a pin. But there are much oil on blades.
Optical condition is not very good. There are many cleaning marks, much dust inside, and some fungus.
This lens is purposed for 35mm film movie cameras, but covers full frame (24x36mm) easily.
