For example, most common series of LOMO cine lenses is ОКС (3 Russian characters). This is the abbreviation of Объектив КиноСъемочный (Movie Shooting Lens). Correct transliteration is OKS, but many people using OKC (Latin letters) since this looks exactly as a lens inscription. Not a problem. Just note that OKS and OKC is the same thing, and you may try searching both versions (OKC and OKS) to find items from people using different spelling.

БАС series is bit more complex - the first letter has no equivalent Latin letter. So, you need to transliterate the whole abbreviation now (that is Блок Анаморфотный Съемочный - Anamorphic Shooting Unit).
